Freya Hotel - Istanbul

The breakfast area had a nice vibe, perfect for starting the day. The extra toilet was a practical touch, especially for a couple of friends sharing a tight space.

Rooms were cramped-too tight for two people with luggage. Requests for additional hangers fell short, with only four for an eight-night stay. The fan in the room was leaking electricity, unsettling. The gym's lack of walls led to a stifling heat while working out, and there were delays in turning on the lights. Communication issues arose with staff due to limited English, which sometimes complicated requests. The facilities didn't match the advertised standards, particularly regarding spa access and room conditions, leading to a slightly disappointing experience given the price.

Possibly the best and really lovely stay for one night. Excellent and brilliant location, not very far from Murat Pasha Mosque. Next to the popular sites as well as the Galata Tower & Taskim square. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

The room was perfectly clean with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The hotel is super clean and the staff were really good. Faisal at the reception was a huge help with planning stuff. Everyday cleaning was quick and efficient. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the tram and close to major sights. Breakfast had a lot of options, nice!

The pool was kinda cold and the gym is really small, so not great for serious workouts. Wifi could have been better.

I loved how immaculate the rooms were, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything was super clean. The hotel boasts a really good breakfast buffet that offers a delectable variety of hot and cold options, setting the tone for a wonderful day ahead. I appreciated the spacious balcony with views that perfectly complemented my mornings.

The staff were attentive. Always ensuring we felt welcomed. Housekeeping was excellent and followed up on requests promptly. The location was perfect, stepping out to explore nearby attractions like the galata tower and bazaar.

Was all great , but Wi-Fi could be improved.

The Beautiful Double Room City View was nice with AC, tv, and a comfy sofa bed. Shower had good pressure. Plus, the indoor pool and spa facilities were great. The super nice team, and the location was perfect for getting around the city easily.

Had a great stay! The gym had everything I needed for a quick workout, and I loved the breakfast buffet—so tasty! the pool was a bit too cold for comfort.

The front desk staff provided really good service, with Faisal going above and beyond to assist with local arrangements. The gym, although small, was a decent facility, and the breakfast room offered a pleasant ambiance, highlighted by delicious cinnamon rolls. The room's view was disappointing, overlooked by an inner courtyard filled with AC units, and overall, the amenities did not meet the expectations set by initial reviews.

The location is amazing, just a 5-minute walk to the tram station. Especially Amir and Mehmet, were cute and accommodating. The indoor pool provided a nice spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

It was just a proper fit for spending the night in Istanbul with best value. The breakfast room had a pleasant ambiance, especially with the tasty cinnamon rolls.

Convenient Location: This place is situated in a fantastic spot close to nightclubs, street shops, and public transportation like trams and metros. 🎉 Staying in the lively Old City Sultanahmet neighborhood is a sure way to have a great time!
